A mother is a mother whether she was a human or an animal and will do anything for the sake of her children, and this is what a mommy stray cat did in Turkey.
This cat mother knew that there was something wrong with her kittens and wasn’t even reluctant to seek human’s help. The feline stray cat seeked a veterinary clinic, in which this event went viral all over the globe.
The stray cat was filmed bringing her little kittens to the clinic. The veterinarians in the western province of Izmir didn’t understand at first the feline’s motive.
A spokesman for Karabaglar municipality said: “The cat meowed for a long time after bringing in a second kitten. The mommy cat took her babies to the Health Affairs Directorate’s offoce one day apart, according to İHA.
After checking the kittens, the doctors and nurses noticed that the kitten’s eyes had a problem opening them and they were puffy, as Anka Haber reported.
The proper treatment was given to the babies, who were suffering from an eye infection. Soon, the vet responded to the mommy stray cat and her kittens were treated.
According to Daily Sabah, after initial care, the cats were handed to the veterinary department of the municipality where they recovered. The stray kittens and their mother were put up for adoption later.
“This is the first time something like this is happening to us. We were both emotional and very happy to see that they recovered”, a was quoted by Haber Turk.
